The world leader in cruising catamaran technology and design, Fountaine Pajot, has again raised the industry bar with the $2.5m investment in a new blue-water sailing catamaran, the Helia 44.

The Helia 44 is the result of in-depth collaboration between the Fountaine Pajot team and the Berret Racoupeau architects office, and is now under construction at Fountaine Pajot’s manufacturing facilities in France.

With its name derived from the Greek term for ‘ray of light’, the Helia 44 will be the nineteenth model launched by Fountaine Pajot in its prestigious 30-year history.

Impressive offshore performance, optimal safety and ease of handling are at the forefront of the Helia 44’s design, and has breathtaking features that set new standards in the cruising catamaran market.
